And as YetiGamer said, it works well with custom followers. It's relatively easy to use and hasn't caused any issues in my game so far and I've been using it for close to a year. You can also have around 30 followers at once I beleive, so if you ever wanted to build an army in skyrim there's your chance. Works well with custom followers and you can even make any NPC into a follower using a spell. I use Amazing Follower Tweaks and I've never had any issues with it.
